It understands your dialect
“Still owes”, “at five in the evening”, “make him 16” — everyday clinic talk in Levantine Arabic, understood as you say it.
Say it the way you say it — “book Sami tomorrow at 5”, “he paid 600 and still owes 200”. GrowDental books it, bills it and files it while your eyes stay on the patient.
A looping example: the doctor asks, the assistant does it in the right part of the clinic.
Six lenses, one light
Each lens is a part of your day. Ask, and the assistant reaches into whichever one it needs.
Day, week and month views with each dentist’s hours. Double-booking is refused by the database, not by luck.
Book Sami tomorrow at 5 pm
History, allergies, medications, insurance and documents in one calm file — and every conversation about them kept with it.
Change Rami’s age to 16
FDI and Universal numbering, permanent and primary teeth, per-surface conditions and the full history of every tooth.
Mark a filling on 36 for Sami
Multi-visit plans against specific teeth — priced, discounted and followed from acceptance to the last visit.
Invoices, part payments, installments and refunds, with balances worked out in the database — never in the browser.
Split Maher’s invoice over 4 months
Revenue, expenses, profit and treatment mix for any period, each currency on its own line.
How much did we take this month?
Also inside: inventory with low-stock alerts, clinic expenses, prescriptions the dentist signs, private X-ray storage and six staff roles.
Made for here
Not foreign software with a translation. It talks the way your clinic talks, counts in your currency and keeps your time.
“Still owes”, “at five in the evening”, “make him 16” — everyday clinic talk in Levantine Arabic, understood as you say it.
Damascus
Appointments land at their real hour, and the after-visit check-in arrives on time.
Press the mic and speak. It writes down what you said accurately — dental terms included.
Every amount stays in its own currency. Totals never add the two together.
Typed or spoken — no forms, no menus. These go straight in.
Under the cover
Patient data does not get a “we’ll harden it later”. Isolation and authorization are enforced in the database, so no application bug can quietly bypass them.
Every clinical table carries a clinic_id and is protected by Row Level Security. One clinic can never read another.
Six roles with distinct permission sets, enforced in the API and again in Postgres policies.
AI output is labelled, queued for review and never written straight into a clinical record or a prescription.
Sensitive reads and every AI request are recorded in an append-only audit trail no user can edit.
Placeholder plans. Every account starts on a 14-day trial — no card, no lock-in.
$20/clinic / month
For a single-chair practice finding its feet.
$100/clinic / month
For growing clinics with a full front desk.
Custom
For multi-location groups and DSOs.
No. GrowDental’s assistant summarises, formats and organises information you already hold. It never produces a diagnosis, and it can never issue a prescription — a prescription can only reach “issued” status after a clinician has reviewed it, a rule enforced by a database constraint.
Every tenant table has a clinic_id and a Row Level Security policy that checks your membership and role before a single row is returned. The check happens inside Postgres, so it applies to the API, the dashboard and any direct query alike.
In a private Supabase Storage bucket whose policies mirror the database rules. Files are never public; the app issues short-lived signed URLs to staff who hold the documents.read permission for that clinic.
Only the minimum fields a task needs are sent, and identifiers are reduced before the request leaves the server. Prompts and patient content are never written to logs — usage records store shape and token counts only.
Yes. Clinic Owner, Dentist, Dental Assistant, Receptionist and Accountant each carry a distinct permission set. A receptionist can book and bill but cannot open clinical records; an accountant sees finance but not charting.
Yes. A user can belong to several clinics with a different role in each, and switch between them from the top bar. Data never crosses the boundary.
Set up in minutes, invite your team, and start talking to your clinic on day one.
